Work is underway on both the building exterior and interior. Below you can find an update on the progress of the works:

• Intensive work is underway to finish the façade of the building.
• Plastering works in the residential units and common areas are nearing completion.
• Cement screeds are being made in both the residential units and the common areas.
• Electrical installations in the residential areas have been successfully laid. The installation of electrical fixtures, i.e. home panel boards and accessories, has begun.
• In the garage hall, work is underway on the installation of parking platforms, ventilation and plumbing systems.
• Installation of balcony railings has started.
• Work is underway on utility connections to the building.   

Work on the landscaping of the area around the building, including the substructure for footpaths and driveways and green areas, will begin soon.
